Personalize tickets

By having the tickets personalized, you not only find out who is buying tickets. But also who the tickets are for, you will receive the first and last names of these customers. This article explains how personalization works.


When personalization is enabled, people will not be able to see their ticket until they personalize the ticket. The tickets that have not yet been personalized will have the status Detailsrequired in the dashboard.

1. How do I activate personalization for all tickets at 1 event?


Step 1. Go to the Data & Personalization tab that can be found in the second column from the left, next to the event that applies here.


Step 2. On this page, click the All tickets require personalization button.


Step 3. Click on the blue Save button at the bottom left of the screen.



2. How do I activate personalization for 1 specific ticket type?


Step 1. Go to the Ticket categories tab which can be found in the second column from the left.


Step 2. Go to the ticket type that applies, click on the 3 dots for this ticket type to go to the settings.


Step 3. Scroll down a little in these settings and click on Requires personalization.


Step 4. Then click on the cross at the top right and then on the blue Save button.

 


3. How do I automatically send a personalization reminder?


Step 1. Go to the Settings tab found in the leftmost column, then click on the Communication tab found in the second column from the left.


Step 2. Click on the Send reminders button here.


Step 3. Then click on one of the options that have appeared, this allows you to determine when the reminder will be sent.
