1. How do I let the customer re-enter their name themselves?

Important! This option is only possible when it is an obligation for the customer to personalize the ticket. You can read more about personalization in the following article: Personalizing tickets.


Step 1. Go to the ticket whose name needs to be changed. This can be done via the Tickets tab in the leftmost column.


Step 2. Click on the ticket so that a column appears on the right side of the screen.


Step 3. Then click on Back to DETAILSREQUIRED, this way the customer must enter a name before he or she can view the ticket.


2. How do I change a customer's name?

Step 1. Go to the customer by clicking on the Customers tab in the leftmost column.


Step 2. Click on the customer whose name should be changed.


Step 3. then click the Edit button at the top right corner of the screen.


Step 4. Adjustments can now be made on the left side of the screen.


Step 5. The adjustments will only be saved once Save is clicked in the top right corner.
