Different types of users

This article explains more about the different roles into which users can be divided. The roles described can also be combined, so it is not the case that someone can only have one role.


Admin

  • Unlimited access to the organizer.
  • Can view, edit and create everything.


Support Specialist

  • Suitable for support staff at ticket buyers, cash registers or access control.
  • Access to customers, transactions, tickets and the support module.
  • Can manage and cancel tickets and transactions, for example.
  • Cannot change settings or view statistics.


Sales Manager

  • This role is for people who manage bookings and customers.
  • They have no access to analytics or settings.


Attendee Manager

  • Can read events, read tickets and export.
  • Cannot view sales or transactions.


Analyst

  • Suitable for accountants, marketers or analysts.
  • Can view and export all data.
  • Cannot change settings.


Event Manager

  • Suitable for operational personnel.
  • Can manage events and sales and change settings.
  • Cannot view customer data, statistics or evaluations.


Developer

  • Suitable for developers and external partners.
  • Can view and manage API keys and payment gateways.
  • Cannot view or edit data from the dashboard.
  • Note: Data can still be edited and viewed via the API.
