This article describes how a customer's seat can be rebooked to another seat.

Step 1. Find the ticket
You can look up the ticket under the Tickets tab, which can be found in the leftmost column. Then search for the ticket by name or barcode.
Step 2. Manage seat
You can then click on the ticket, which will display additional information on the right side of the screen. At the very bottom of that information is a button with: Manage seat.
By clicking on the manage seat button, the event map will appear. A new seat can be selected on the map. When selecting a new seat, the correct ticket type must also be selected again.
Then all you have to do is click on confirm.
