How do I send a ticket again?

There are various options to resend a ticket to a customer, this article explains these methods.

1. There is 1 ticket that I need to resend, how do I do that?


Step 1. Go to the tickets tab in the leftmost column.


Step 2. Find the ticket here that needs to be sent again.


Step 3. Click on the ticket so that a screen appears to the right of a screen.


Step 4. At the bottom of this bar there is a Send E-mail button, click on it.


Step 5. then click on the blue Confirm button.


2. I have to resend an entire order, how do I do that?


Step 1. Go to the Transactions tab in the leftmost column.


Step 2. Find the order in question here and click on it.


Step 3. Click on the Open actions button at the bottom right.


Step 4. Then click on Send tickets.


Step 5. Click on the blue Confirm button.


3. How do I send a ticket to a different email address?

It may happen that a customer has accidentally made a typo in their email address, the ticket can easily be sent to the correct email address via the steps below.


Step 1. Go to the Transactions tab in the leftmost column.


Step 2. Find the order in question here and click on it.


Step 3. Click on the Open actions button at the bottom right.


Step 4. then click on Send tickets.


Step 5. A screen will then appear where the email address can be changed.


Step 6. After changing the email address, click on the blue Confirm button.
