How do I run a report on my sold tickets?

An overview of the tickets sold is always useful to view. This article explains how this report can be exported.

This can be done under the 'Tickets' tab in the leftmost column. On this page there is a button at the top right of the screen with 'Export', when clicked the following screen appears:



1. Name

You can enter a name for this export file here, but this is not mandatory.


2. Filters

Here you can enter which cards are shown, multiple options can be selected and you can choose from:


Valid - In this case, all tickets valid for the event will be shown.

Invalid - In this case, all tickets that are not valid will be shown.

Reserved - In this case, all tickets that have been reserved are shown.

Detailsrequired - In this case, all tickets that still need to be personalized are shown.


3. Event

Here you can choose which event the tickets are shown for.


4. Fields

These are additional fields that can be selected and will then also be shown in the report, this is not mandatory.


After this has been completed, you can click on the blue button at the bottom right of the screen, which will take you to the following page:


Here you will find all export files that have been created. When you click on the three dots on the right side, you can choose to open the file in Excel.
