Adjusting or creating your own ticket design is possible in various ways.
For example, there is the option to adjust the default ticket, or you copy one of the example tickets that Twelve Ticketing provides and adjust it, and there is also the option to set up a ticket completely yourself.
Adjust the default ticket
Adjusting the default ticket is the easiest option, there are a number of options that can be adjusted. Everything about this setting is described in the following article: How do I edit the default ticket design?
Customize the example ticket
Twelve Ticketing has already created a number of example tickets, these tickets can be copied and adjusted accordingly. More information about this can be found in the following article: How do I adjust a copied ticket design?
Create your own ticket
We recommend using a sample ticket and adjusting it, as this reduces the chance that things will be overlooked.
Would you like to create your own ticket design? This can be done by clicking on 'New template'. You can then follow the following article from step 2: How do I adjust a copied ticket design?
Modify a wallet ticket
Creating a new wallet ticket if you copy and adjust the existing example is virtually the same, all information about this can be found in the following article: How do I adjust the wallet ticket design?
