How do I edit the default ticket design?

Modified on Wed, 24 Apr 2024 at 10:31 AM

This article explains how to use the standard ticket design. This design is appointed by default when the ticket design editor is not used.

This design can be adjusted under the heading 'Ticket design' in the second column from the left (when editing an event). Is this not the article you are looking for? The next article may contain the answer to your question: Ticket design general information

Ticket background

This photo will appear behind the event name, event date, ticket type and ticket price. In this case it is useful to choose an image that makes this information easy to read. We recommend choosing an image of 1620 x 655 pixels to use.

With Font color, the color of the text can still be adjusted, so that the text, for example, is nice and clearly visible in the background image.

Various things can also be shown or not shown:

Hide event and access dates

When this option is enabled, the event date and start time of the event will not be shown on the ticket.

Hide event time

When this button is enabled, the event date will be shown, and only the start time will not be shown on the ticket.

Time range

When this button is enabled, the date of the event will not be shown, but the date when the event starts and the date when the event ends.

Ticket disclaimer

A disclaimer can be entered here that will be shown above the 'Legal notice' on the ticket.

Ticket footer

Here another photo can be added as the footer of the ticket.
