How do I look up a customer?

This article explains how to look up a customer, which can be useful when customer data needs to be changed.

Adjustments can be made under the 'Customers' tab, which can be found in the leftmost column. Here the customer can be searched for by name or email.



When searching by name, this can be done in the top left corner.



If you want to search by email address, you can do this by pressing Filter at the top right.


It is also possible to expand these filters by pressing 'Activate' at the top left. Once this is done, you won't have to do it again.


When the customer in question is clicked, all orders that this customer has placed will appear.


This page lists all orders that a customer has placed and which tickets have been purchased per order. The customer's details can be adjusted or a note can be added via the 'Edit' button at the top right.


Important! When adjustments have been made, it is important to click on the blue 'Save' button at the top right.
