How do I look up a ticket?

1. On which page can I find the tickets?

You can easily look up a ticket on the Tickets page, which can be found in the leftmost column. A page will then appear that looks something like this:


At 2. the status of the tickets shown can be determined. So when all options are checked, all types of tickets are shown and when only Valid is checked, only the tickets that are valid are shown.


Tip: Click 'Activate' in the top left to find more advanced search filter options.


2. How do I find the ticket I'm looking for?

You can find the ticket you need by 1. using the customer's name or email address. When 3. is clicked, the following screen will appear:



Barcode - Here it is possible to look up a ticket using the barcode.

Time range - A specific time can be entered here for when the ticket would have been purchased.

Event - Here you can select the event for which the tickets were purchased.
