This article explains how your customers' email addresses can be downloaded to an Excel file.
Download email addresses
The email addresses can be downloaded by going to the Customers tab in the leftmost column. Here there is a button at the top right of the screen that says Export.
Clicking on the Export button brings up the following screen:
A name for the file can be entered here. After entering a name, click on the Export button, which is located at the bottom right of the screen. |
The following screen then appears:
By clicking on the 3 dots on the right side of this line, the file can be saved in Excel. |
When you want the email adresses for a specific event, you can use the 'Export' functionality under 'Tickets'. Click on the Export button and select the event for which you want to export the customer information.
