This article explains more about what settings there are in the app. These are not all settings related to the app. If the settings you are looking for are not in this article, try the following article: How do I prepare my scanner for an event?
Is the answer to the question not in this article? Then take a look at the following article: General information: scanning tickets
The settings are at the bottom right of the app screen, in the image there is a red arrow and then you will also arrive at the following screen:
When you have logged in with a token, there is also the option to log in with an account under 'account'. This is not necessarily necessary for scanning tickets.
Multiple Checkins
This option allows a ticket that has already been checked out to be checked in again.
Normally if a ticket is scanned twice, it will become orange the second time instead of yellow. With this option the screen turns green both times.
Important! For this function, the ticket must also be checked out. If the ticket has not been checked out, the ticket will still shine orange on the screen.
Ticket Download
With this setting you determine how often synchronization takes place; we recommend keeping this number at 30 seconds.
Hide Ticket Information
With this setting you can determine how long the information of the scanned ticket remains on the screen.
The information shown after scanning a ticket consists of; The name on the ticket, the name of the ticket type, and how many times the ticket has been checked in/out. Valid or invalid is also shown on a ticket, in combination with a color:
Groen - Valid, this ticket is valid
Oranje - Valid, This ticket is valid for this event but has already been scanned once
Blauw - Ticket is scanned out
Rood - Invalid, this ticket is not for this event or does not exist
