1. How do I edit the start or end time of my ticket sales?

The date and time of the start of the sale can be adjusted for each time slot created. When creating a time slot, you can determine how many days before the event the tickets go on sale and how many days before the event the tickets are taken off sale again.

To make adjustments afterwards, this will have to be adjusted individually for each time slot.

Adjustments can be made under the Recurrences tab. This page contains a calendar and you can click on any time slot. Click here on the time slot for which the sales date needs to be adjusted. The following screen will then appear on the right side of the screen.

Sales start

The date for the start of ticket sales can be adjusted here.

Sales end

The date for the end date of ticket sales can be adjusted here.

2. How do I move a time slot to another day?

Adjustments can be made under the Recurrences tab. This page contains a calendar and you can click on any time slot. Click here on the time slot for which the sales date needs to be adjusted. The following screen will then appear on the right side of the screen.

Start

Here you can adjust the date or time of the start of the event

End

Here you can adjust the date or time of the end of the event.

To move a time slot to another day, both dates must be adjusted to a different date.

To move a time slot to a different time, both times must be adjusted to a different time.

3. How do I adjust the capacity of a time slot?

The capacity can be adjusted in the 'Ticket category' tab. The Ticket Type Volume can be set higher or lower per ticket type. This will be adjusted for this entire ticket type, which means that each time slot where this ticket type is sold, more of this type can be sold.

Does the capacity need to be adjusted for a specific day? Below is a small step-by-step plan:

Step 1. Create one or more ticket types, enter the capacity required for this ticket type that particular time slot.

Step 2. Create a new schedule under the Recurrences tab.

Step 3. Click on the schedule that was just created, and select those tickets required for this time slot

Step 4. Create a new Recurrence and select the schedule you just created.

Step 5. Set the Time Range only to the day that this time slot is needed.

Step 6. Also set all other settings correctly.

Step 7. Then click Confirm.

4. How do I delete one of my time slots?

Under the Recurrences tab there is a large calendar with small dots with the time next to it. Click on the dot that needs to be deactivated, a tab will open on the right side of the screen, and at the bottom of that tab you will find the following button:

The Decouple Event button ensures that this specific time slot is disconnected. You will then automatically arrive at the screen of the disconnected event, which can be checked at the top left in the second column from the left.

Now you can click on Open Actions at the bottom right, and then click on x Delete. This way the event, and therefore the time slot, is deleted.
