The following article explains how to easily create a new event. Various options are also explained that can be applied to the event.

Step-by-step
Step 1. Go to the Event heading.
Step 2. Click on New event at the top right.
Step 3. Then fill in all the information about the event, as explained below.
Step 4. Once all settings have been completed, click on the blue button with Create event.
Step 5. You can then proceed to creating ticket types: How do I add tickets to my event?
Create event
Event Header An image can be added here, it will then be shown at the top of the ticket shop. The image will look best when it is 1210 pixels by 450 pixels. It is important to mention that important information is best not placed too close to the edge of the image. Single Event/Season Event To create a new event, click on the 'Single Event' option here. |
Information
All general information about the event can be entered here.
Event name The name of the event can be entered here. Event start/Event end In the left field under 'Event start' you can enter the start day and time of the event. In the right field under 'Event end' you can enter the end day and time of the event. Timezone Here you can enter the time zone of the place where your event will take place. This field can also be left blank and the seller's default time zone will be set. |
NOTE! Once the sale of an event has started, the default date or time can no longer be changed. If you would like to do this, please contact cs@twelveticketing.eu so that we can activate this functionality for you. |
Location
The location details of the event can be entered here.
Sales
Sales start date/Sales end date In the left field under Sales start date, the start date and time of ticket sales can be entered. In the right field under 'Sales end date' you can enter the end date and time of ticket sales. Maximum amount of tickets Here you can enter the number of tickets that can be sold in total. This number can be adjusted later. Maximum tickets per order Here you can enter the maximum number of tickets that the ticket buyer can order in one transaction. The entry can be changed later at any time. Create event When all this has been completed, you can click on the blue Create event button. On the left side, another column has now been added containing all kinds of information about this event and where various things can be entered. |
