This article explains how the general information about your event can be adjusted so that it can be beautifully displayed in the ticket shop. How to create a new event is explained in the following article: How do I create a new event (without time slots)?
You can enter all information on the 'Information' tab, which can be found in the second column from the left.
Because this page is divided into 5 different pages, below is an image with the different pages numbered.
1. General
Here you can check the name of the event and, if necessary, add a slogan. The slogan will also appear on the website under the name of the event.
The date and time of the event will then also be shown here again, you cannot change this date once the tickets are on sale.
Show end date
When the button next to the red arrow is turned on, not only the start date and time will be shown in the ticket shop, but also the end date and time of the event.
Event description
A description of the event can be added here, for example important information that the customer needs to know before purchasing a ticket. This description will be shown under the event slogan, is there no slogan set? then the description will appear below the title of the event.
2. Location
The location of the event has already been entered at an earlier time. Here you can check again whether the location data is correct.
3. Check-In
On the Check-In page you can set a time from which people are welcome. The check-in time does not affect the check-in period for access control, but is more important than the customer's information.
The Check-In time will be shown next to the date of the event in the ticket shop.
NB! After making adjustments, it is important to click on the blue 'Save' button, which is located at the bottom left of the page.
