How do I cancel tickets?

There are different options to cancel tickets, this article explains 3 different ways to cancel tickets.

1. How do I cancel tickets and does the customer receive a full refund?

This way of canceling tickets gives the customer the entire amount they paid back.


To do this, go to the Transactions tab in the leftmost column. Then find the customer for whom the tickets should be canceled. Then click on Open actions at the bottom right of the screen, the following will appear:


Click on Cancel here and then on the blue Confirm button that appears and then click on Confirm again on the screen that appears again. (The screen below)



Money will be back in the account of the customer within 1 to 5 business days, depending on the customers bank.


2. How do I cancel tickets and does the customer get part of the money back?

This method of ticket cancellation also takes place under the Transactions tab, where the customer will again be searched for the customer for whom the tickets should be canceled. Then click on Open Actions at the bottom right of the screen, the following screen will appear:



Click here on Partial cancellation, the following screen will appear:



Under the heading Available items, costs can be selected, which will be refunded to the customer using the plus signs on the right. When all costs that may be reimbursed have been selected, you can click on the cancel button at the bottom right.


Money will be back in the account of the customer within 1 to 5 business days, depending on the customers bank.


3. How do I cancel tickets without the customer getting a refund?

This method of ticket cancellation also takes place under the Transactions tab, where the customer will again be searched for the customer for whom the tickets should be canceled. Then click on Open Actions at the bottom right of the screen, the following screen will appear:



Click on Cancel here, then click on the confirm button that will appear. The following screen will then appear:


Click on cancel, in this way the tickets are canceled but the customer will not receive the money back.
