Help, I can't find my event in the Scan&Beep app!

Scan&Beep downloads new events upon logging in. Therefore, if you cannot find an event, it may help to log into the app again. 

This can be done by following the following steps: 

  • Click on the top right menu icon
  • Click on 'Log in'. 
  • Enter the set PIN. Click here for an explanation on how to do this
  • Log in with your email address and password and click on log in.
  • The system will now load the new events

Now all events are loaded and the event you are looking for is listed. 

  • Select the event for which you want to scan tickets
  • You can start scanning the tickets by clicking 'Start scanning'
