How do I reschedule orders to a different timeslot?
Find the order in the Operator Boxoffice, click the pencil icon, go to step "1 Tickets" (1.) and select "Pick time blocks" in the blue bar underneath (2.). Here you can change the timeslot, click "next" (3.) and the timeslot will be changed.
It is not necessary to resend the tickets that you just changed. De old barcode will be changed automatically with the changed date and time. If you still want to resend the tickets, you can follow the next steps: How do I re-send tickets or the payment receipt?.
