This article explains how ticket types can be linked to the secret shop.
Tickets could also be sold in this secret shop that are not sold in the general ticket shop.
The following article provides more information about creating a secret shop: How do I create a secret shop?
You can add tickets under the 'Ticket Categories' tab, which can be found under the 'Secret Shops' tab, which can be found in the second column from the left of the event for which a secret shop has been created.
Here all ticket categories that have been created for this event are shown, when clicking on a category all tickets are also shown:
All ticket types are automatically enabled and are immediately listed for sale in the secret shop. If a ticket type does not need to be shown in the secret shop, it can be turned off. This can be done by clicking on the 'Modify configurations' button, the following screen will then appear:
Active
When this button is enabled, the ticket is also for sale. All tickets are automatically on sale in the secret shop, so it is important to disable this button for all tickets that do not need to be there.
A number of other properties about the product can be entered here. If these properties are adjusted here, they will not be adjusted in the general ticket shop.
Important! don't forget to click the blue 'save' button when all settings have been completed or after adjustments have been made.
