How do I run a report of the scanned tickets?

It can be useful for organizers to gain insight into the number of scanned tickets. It is also possible to see when a ticket has been scanned and which device has been used. 


  • Select 'Scan details'
  • Choose an event for which you want to see the scan details. 


  • Select which ticket types you want to see in the report. 


  • Click on 'Apply'


  • Click on 'Export CSV file'


Now you will see an Excel file in which all the information about the scanning can be found.
