Setting the service charges

It is possible to charge ticket buyers certain service costs in addition to the value of a ticket type. These service charges are generally set per ticket. It is also possible to set this per transaction. 


The set service costs are deposited together with the ticket price on the suspense account at Pay and paid out to your business account. Click here for more information about billing.


Twelve Ticketing can set these service costs. To do this, please contact customer service or your account manager. Service costs can be set as fixed amount or a percentage of the amount to be paid. By default, these service costs are automatically applied to all newly sold tickets within your account. If you only want service costs to be charged for a specific event or ticket type, pleace indicate this clearly in your request to Twelve Ticketing.
