Lock codes are used to reserve seats on a seating plan for a specific purpose. They can be used to reserve a range of seats for sponsors / away team directors / media. 

Set-up

• Log into your Twelve Ticketing back-office and click on Seating plans in the left menu bar.
  
  
• To edit an existing seating plan form the list, click on it (lock codes can only be created for an existing seating plan).
  
  
• Then click on "Lock codes" in the left menu bar.
  
  
• Click on "+ Add lock code"
  
  
• You will see this little modal appear.
  Just enter the name of the desired lock code.
  
  

⚠️ At this stage, you have created your lock codes, but they are not assigned to any seat yet, so all seats are still available. You can now go and assign lock codes to seats in the price mapper.
