- Go to operator.twelveticketing.eu
- Go to ‘Purchase’ --> ‘1. Pick Event’ (homepage)
- Click on the event for which you want to send out a payment request
- Click the amount of tickets for each tickettype for which you want to send a payment request and click 'Next' bottom right
- Choose an existing user account on the right, or fill out first name, last name and mail address. Click 'Create'. A pop-up appears. It's important to set the language in this pop-up!
- Under 'Payment & Delivery':
- 'Send payment invitation' is already activated
- Click 'Finish purchase', bottom right. A payment request will be send out.
How much time do visitors have to pay for the payment request?
- Go to manager.twelveticketing.eu
- Go to 'Sale channels'
- Click on the 'Box office'
- The amount of days the payment request will remain active can be found under 'Initial expiration time'
