How to send out a payment request

  • Go to
    1. Go to ‘Purchase’ --> ‘1. Pick Event’ (homepage)
    2. Click on the event for which you want to send out a payment request
    3. Click the amount of tickets for each tickettype for which you want to send a payment request and click 'Next' bottom right
    4. Choose an existing user account on the right, or fill out first name, last name and mail address. Click 'Create'. A pop-up appears. It's important to set the language in this pop-up!
    5. Under 'Payment & Delivery':
      • 'Send payment invitation' is already activated
      • Click 'Finish purchase', bottom right. A payment request will be send out.

How much time do visitors have to pay for the payment request?

  1. Go to
  2. Go to 'Sale channels'
  3. Click on the 'Box office'
  4. The amount of days the payment request will remain active can be found under 'Initial expiration time'
