How do I re-send tickets or the payment receipt?

  • Go to operator.twelveticketing.eu
  • Go to ‘Purchase manager’ (blue menu on top; second option from the left)
  • Select the event for which you want to look up an order under ‘Filter on event’ in the menu on the left, or:
    1. Enter the email address used while ordering under 'Filter on customer email’ (scroll down on the left to find this option)
    2. Enter the last name of the customer under 'Filter on customer last name’ (scroll down on the left to find this option)
  • Click the pencil icon behind the order you want to look up
  • Click ‘Purchase manager' to go back to your search results
  • Click ‘Send Ticket(s)’ and then 'Finish purchase' to re-send the tickets
  • Click 'Send payment receipt' and then 'Finish purchase' to re-send the payment receipt
