How do I re-send tickets or the payment receipt?

- Go to operator.twelveticketing.eu
- Go to ‘Purchase manager’ (blue menu on top; second option from the left)
- Select the event for which you want to look up an order under ‘Filter on event’ in the menu on the left, or:
- Enter the email address used while ordering under 'Filter on customer email’ (scroll down on the left to find this option)
- Enter the last name of the customer under 'Filter on customer last name’ (scroll down on the left to find this option)
- Click the pencil icon behind the order you want to look up
- Click ‘Purchase manager' to go back to your search results
- Click ‘Send Ticket(s)’ and then 'Finish purchase' to re-send the tickets
- Click 'Send payment receipt' and then 'Finish purchase' to re-send the payment receipt
