How do I re-send tickets or the payment receipt?

Via the Box office is it versy easy to look up tickets and then resend them to the customers, or to resend the payment confirmation for that ticket. We will explain how to do that in the following text.

  • Go to operator.twelveticketing.eu


  • Go to ‘Customer manager’ (blue menu on top: thirth option from the left)


  • Enter a first name and/or last name and/or e-mail address in the menu on the left to look up the customer in Box office.
    1. Do you want to search by e-mail? Fill in the e-mail address.
    2. Do you want to search by first an last name? Fill in the first and last name.



  • Click on the person who placed an order.
  • Click on the pencil behind the order you want to view.



  • Click on 'Customer manager' again if you want to return to your search results.
  • Click ‘Send Ticket(s)’ and then 'Finish purchase' to re-send the tickets.



  • Click 'Send payment receipt' and then 'Finish purchase' to re-send the payment receipt.
