How do I view my sale statistics and export reports?

  • Go to Events, select the event for which you want to see statistics and go to 'Overview'
    1. Here you'll see total turnover, turnover today, turnover in the last 7 days and the amount of tickets sold/available for each ticket type. 
  • Go to 'Reporting'
    1. Here you'll find a long list of possible reports, like:
      • Attendees - all attendees at your event
      • Customers - a list of all tickets sold
      • Cash register - total income
      • Questions - answers to the extra questions that were asked
      • Promotion codes - a list of all available and used promotion codes
      • Sales per date - sale statistics for each day
      • Scanning details - all tickets scanned
      • Ticket sales - the status of all tickets sold
      • Time slots - view attendees per day and per time slot


How do I export attendance for each timeslot?

Select 'Timeslots'.

Select the event for which you want to see the booked slots.

Choose 'Between' if you want a selection of specific dates. Or choose 'later than and including' if you want to see everything starting today.

Click 'Export CSV file' top right.


How do I export a visitor list for a specific timeslot?

Select 'Attendees'.

Select the event for which you want to see a visitor list.

Choose the timeframe in which the tickets have been SOLD. IMPORTANT: if you want to find information for a specific timeslot, choose all dates BEFORE today.

Click 'Export CSV file' top right.

Open the CSV file and sort column O (day scheme date). In column O you can find the preferred date(s) and in these rows you can find customer information starting from column T.
