In the following text we explain how you can find orders in the box office. This can be useful for sending specific tickets again, adding comments to orders or, for example, adjusting the scan status of a ticket.
- Go to operator.twelveticketing.eu
- Go to ‘Purchase manager’ (blue menu on top; second option from the left)
Please note: if you manage multiple organisations, make sure that the correct organization is always entered under the heading 'Filter on organizer'. Otherwise the orders will not be visible.
- Select the event for which you want to look up an order under ‘Filter on event’ in the menu on the left.
- Do you want to search by first name? Enter the first name at 'Filter on customer first name'.
- Do you want to search by last name? Enter the last name at 'Filter on customer last name'.
- Do you want to search by email? Enter the e-mail address at 'Filter on customer email'.
- If you want to edit the order or resend tickets, click on the pencil behind the order. Or click on the trash can icon to delete the order. This is only possible for orders that have not been paid for.
- Click on 'Purchase manager'again if you want to return to your search results.
