How do I add extra questions to the check-out of my event?

Adding questions


1. Navigate to 'Questions' in the event menu on the left side and add a question. For example: Name?




2. When 'Displayed on the printed ticket' is turned on, the answer to the question can be displayed on the ticket design. This must be added to the ticket design by adding a dynamic field.




3. Check the 'required' option blue, this will require the ticket buyer to answer the question.


4. Under 'Type,' it's possible to put in the settings how the ticket buyer can answer the question. You can choose from the following options:


  • Free text (the ticket buyer can type their own answer in an empty field)
  • Multiple-choice (single answer) (the ticket buyer can select one option from the displayed answers).
  • Multiple-choice (multiple answers) (the ticket buyer can select multiple options from the displayed answers).


5. Under 'Configuration', select the ticket types for which the question should be asked. Choose 'Apply to a specific ticket', the ticket type for which you want to ask the question, and ' for each ticket'. If you want to ask the question for multiple ticket types (e.g. early, regular, late, etc.), multiple questions need to be created.




The following steps shows how it appears to the ticket buyer. The ticket buyer can enter names that will be displayed on the ticket when added to the design.



Important: Currently, questions can only be added in one language.


The filled-in information can then be exported under 'Reports' (export 'Questions').
